Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
A large group young people regularly worship at the ERC. We realize as many of us are living abroad away from friends and family both faith and fellowship are important.
We are an autonomous group within the congregation, organizing and leading our own activities. Open to all those in their 20s or 30s, we have lunch and a Bible discussion twice a month; meeting after church on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. We meet in members’ homes – a different one each week – inviting friends and strangers alike into one’s home is an intimate act that strengthens the bonds between us.
If you would like to join the 20s/30s group, please write Scriba worker selecting the department ‘Sciba’ in our Contact form.
Activities
As well as Bible discussions, we also hold various social and fellowship events throughout the year.
For more information or to add yourself to the mailing list, please contact our Scriba via the Contact form selecting the department ‘Sciba’. We try to encourage leadership from within the group so if you would like to organize an activity or event please do get in touch.
Mission
Connecting ourselves to a new or different community is important. There are always those who need help locally or ways to improve our community. We have been involved with Serve the City, a movement of volunteers serving cities in practical ways & inspiring people to be “givers” in this world. We believe that many people doing small things together can make a big difference in our world.
